      Alan, I have been meaning

Alan, I have been meaning to write to you to thank you for getting my backpack delivered before I went out of town. I love using it. Today I noticed that one of the straps was ripping where the strap meets the top of the backpack. Can this be resolved? I received the bag on February 10, 2020. I will send you some pictures. Thanks very much. Deena Fraint

      Great design + perfect size

I've bought loads of tennis bags over the years and most of them have significant flaws: poor durability, too small, zippers that don't stay put... This bag doesn't have any of these issues. I like the padded divider between the racket pocket and the rest of the bag which means I can carry my laptop in it. I'm also a fan of the deep side pockets which have proved to very useful.
